I grew up in the small town of Kalida with my parents and 13 brothers and sisters.  After I had my fourth child, I went back to college and graduated in 1990 with a nursing degree.  I worked as a nurse in the hospital for 30 years primarily on a cardiac unit.  I really enjoyed taking care of my patients and getting to know them.  I have four children, a girl and three boys along with 13 grandchildren.  I enjoy reading, gardening, sewing, and baking (especially new recipes).
